Reproductive Healthcare is a Human Right

Following the landmark decision on November 30th in Belfast High Court, finding that the current laws governing abortion in Northern Ireland breach human rights, Alliance for Choice and Amnesty International will discuss the current situation for women in NI in terms of reproductive healthcare. 
This free lunchtime event will have speakers from both organisations who will examine the legal situation so far, the impact on women and girls and current campaign goals and strategies.
This event is part of the 4th annual NI Human Rights Festival, which has a diverse schedule of events - comedy, poetry, music, film, discussion, lectures and exhibitions from 6-12 December.
